GUARANTEE TERMS
Effective: 06 July, 2026 · These terms summarize the guarantee; the binding version is in your signed Service Agreement.
The guarantee
We guarantee an agreed number of Qualified Replies within your first 30 days of live delivery. If we deliver fewer than the agreed number in a full delivery month, we keep working at no additional cost until the shortfall for that period is delivered, up to a maximum of one (1) make-good month.
"Qualified Reply" means
a reply where all of the following are true: (a) the recipient is a C-level executive, Founder, or business owner (verified via a data provider); (b) the recipient is based in a targeted high-tax state (e.g., CA, NY) or as otherwise agreed in your ideal-client profile; and (c) the reply expresses interest in relocating to, or purchasing in, Florida.
"Live delivery"
begins once your sending system is warmed and active — not on the signature date. The warm-up period is not counted against the guarantee.
What is not guaranteed
We do not guarantee appointments held, showings, closings, or any sales outcome. A no-show or non-response by a prospect is the client's risk. We are paid for building and operating the system, not for a sales result.
Client responsibilities
The guarantee does not apply if the client fails to respond to delivered replies, changes the agreed ideal-client profile mid-cycle, or delays onboarding materials.
The specific number
The specific number of Qualified Replies is set in writing in your individual Service Agreement before you sign.
